Released today, the above image is said to be the official cover for Eminem's Relapse album. The work is a collage, made of prescription pills. Going along with the theme, Eminem's government name appears again on this album, with "Prescribed by Dr. Dre" also included on the bottle-sized label.
According to this edition, the album, as promised, will release May 19, 2009 on Shady/Aftermath/Interscope Records.
